A recent acquisition to our printing company is our newly installed digital roll to roll label press allowing for full colour printed labels and opaque white for applications on coloured or clear adhesives. The Virgo label cutter and rewinder requires no expensive dies but uses rotary cutting technology direct from file. When larger runs are needed or special colours required our 5-colour Ryobi GX Press takes care of this. Combined with computer controlled ink management and chemical-free process-less plates, it not only produces high quality professional print but is friendly to the environment as well.
Offset allows for larger runs to be more cost effective, enables textured stocks to be printed easily, and if you require special PMS Inks or metallics we can run these too along with gloss, satin or matt varnishes in the one pass.
For short runs, variable data or when time is of an essence then digital printing is for you. Our Konica Minolta 4070 Digital Press delivers outstanding offset-like print quality direct from file in an instant on various substrates. With Konica Minolta’s IQ digital on the run scanning the press monitors every sheet for colour consistency and perfect positioning. The extended input tray allows for sheet lengths of up to 760mm long allowing for multi-page folded brochures or Landscape Book Covers to be printed with ease.
